All items are handmade, meaning there will be slight differences between each item. No two items will be the same, meaning that you will have a unique item of your own. We believe this is the beauty of art and crafting. If you are looking for items with manufactured perfection, I discourage you from purchasing from Kendubart.
Return and Exchange
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Item must be in original condition for exchange.
Item chosen for exchange must be of equal or lesser value.
Refunds
Refunds are only given if you are within 30 days of delivery.
Item must be returned for full refund.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Item must be returned in original condition for full refund.
Partial refunds are given on a case by case basis.
Cancelations
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
Expedited Processing
If you need your item(s) before the 4-6 week processing time (made to order items), send me an email kennedy@kendubart.com
Keychain Care
​Machine wash not recommended. Can be spot treated as needed.

Print Care
Prints may be prone to fading if exposed to constant sunlight. Do not get wet. Keep in temperature controlled, dry place.
Cardigan Care
A cardigan care card will be provided upon purchase. On this card is a kendubart.com link with care instructions for your cardigan. This is to ensure longevity and to keep your cardigan in good repair.
